As a Black woman, you have been expected to hold it all together, all the time, for yourself & for others, at home & at work. Now is the time to address what you have buried deep inside, so you can take care of everyone else. You are tired, you are triggered, you can’t find joy, yet & still, you fight for another day. Our 12 - week sexual trauma group is for Black women who have never addressed their sexual trauma history, those who have & for those who desire to learn new strategies to cope with a history of sexual trauma. Limited attendees. Black women ages 25+.

Once you register, the group facilitator will email you group details, policies & login information
Group will meet once a week starting 3/10/22
Sessions will be 1 1/2 hour
Group will have limited attendees
Once group begins, the group will remain closed to new attendees. Attendees who will like to join group sessions after 3/10/22, will be placed on a wait list for the upcoming group session
Group payment is due in full prior to group sessions starting
NO REFUNDS will be issued once group begins on 3/10/22, even if a session is missed.
