Healing is a journey, and therapy provides a safe space to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to help you build resilience, gain new perspectives, and develop the skills needed to live the life you envision.
I am in the final year of my Master of Social Work program at the University of Alabama, and under the supervision of Dr. Kimberly Mayes, I am ready to walk this journey with you. As an intern at EWTC, I support individuals and families in fostering resilience and implementing practical strategies for growth.
Every individual possesses the strength to move forward, even in moments of doubt. My approach integrates therapy with mindfulness, self-awareness, and physical wellness. I utilize evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Culturally Sensitive Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
You have already taken the first step toward a better life, and I would be honored to walk this journey with you.
